Pistachio Velvet starts from our Classic New York batter: cream cheese, cream, eggs and a touch of vanilla, with pistachio paste folded in and baked on a buttery digestive biscuit base.

The paste we use is 99% pistachios. On top goes a thick layer of pistachio sauce, so every slice has a creamy pistachio filling and a glossy pistachio top.
